Rebecca is a Virginia Certified Title Settlement Agent for Blue Ridge Settlement. Her professional expertise coupled with her warm and energetic personality ensure our clients receive excellent service through every step of the settlement process. Rebecca is a people person who comes from a large family. Her role as mom to her son Gabriel is the greatest joy of her life.

Melissa is a Virginia Certified Title Settlement Agent for Blue Ridge Settlement. Prior to her current role, Melissa worked as a real estate appraiser. She graduated from James Madison University and lives in western Albemarle County. Outside of the office, Melissa enjoys exercising, playing with her two German Shorthaired Pointers, and spending time with her husband and four children.

Justin A. Ritter is founding attorney of Ritter Law PLLC, a real estate and business transactional law firm. Justin’s practice includes real estate development and related common interest community matters, together with various real estate investment and conservation easement matters. Outside of the firm, Justin previously served as a member of the City of Charlottesville Board of Zoning Appeals. Also, Justin currently serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Richmond School of Law, teaching a course concentrated on artificial intelligence implementation into the practice of law. Justin received (i) his undergraduate degree from Salisbury University, where among other activities Justin was a varsity letterman on the football team, and (ii) his law degree from Pennsylvania State University
