Rebecca is a settlement agent for Blue Ridge Settlement. Her professional expertise coupled with her warm and energetic personality ensure our clients receive excellent service through every step of the settlement process. Rebecca is a people person who comes from a large family. Her role as mom to her son Gabriel is the greatest joy of her life.

Melissa is a settlement agent for Blue Ridge Settlement. Prior to her current role, Melissa worked as a real estate appraiser. She graduated from James Madison University and lives in western Albemarle County. Outside of the office, Melissa enjoys exercising, playing with her two German Shorthaired Pointers, and spending time with her husband and four children.
